Dr.Abdul Basit Syed FRSA

Our Director, Dr Abdul Basit Syed FRSA is a British Indian Businessman, Global Peace Activist and Writer living in Croydon, U.K. He holds senior positions in various global organisations. He is accredited with Peace, Education, Trade harmony initiatives globally. His services to humanity have its history of nearly two decades.

The intelligence, experience and adaptation of core values for any business solution in this contemporary era through Dr Syed’s immense experience of 20+ years have aided the growth of the organisation across the years. His vast knowledge entails providing business solutions across all sectors which includes equity and distressed assets, special situations, infrastructure and real estate, oil and gas (trading & marketing) healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Dr Syed possesses exemplary entrepreneurial & leadership skills. He has his extended network in both domestic and international markets.

Mr. Salah Safah

Mr. Salah Safah began his career with TÜV SÜD in 2001 as Managing Director, during the company’s early expansion in the United Arab Emirates, launching with two branches under the RI and Management Systems Division. In November 2016, he was appointed CEO – Middle East, where he currently oversees business operations across 17 branches in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Egypt.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Safah has been instrumental in driving TÜV SÜD’s strategic growth across the region. Under his leadership, the company expanded into five additional countries and significantly increased its regional market share. His tenure has also seen the successful launch of several key service lines, including IRCA and Halal certification, enhancing TÜV SÜD’s portfolio and reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in quality, safety, and sustainability.

Mr. Safah’s approach is anchored in long-term strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial performance. These core strengths have helped position the Middle East. His ability to align regional execution with global standards has been key to this success. His global perspective and cross-cultural leadership experience have made him a valuable asset.

Originally based in the United Kingdom, Mr. Safah has been a resident of Dubai for over 28 years. He is an Engineering graduate from the North East London Polytechnic (now part of the University of East London).
